You must agree to all conditions to be considered for to be a food vendor for 2025 Festival.

I agree that my food booth/truck/trailer will be at the Festival for all three days, June 13-15th for the full Festival hours.

I agree that I will load in/set up my food booth/truck/trailer on Thursday, June 12th. Trucks and trailers must arrive before 9am on Thursday. Booths and tents must arrive no later than 3pm and be done with set up by 5pm on Thursday.

I agree to send proof of insurance to the Festival (send to foodbooths@edmondsartsfestival.com).

I agree to apply for a Health Permit.

I understand that the Snohomish County Fire Marshall will be inspecting my booth/truck/trailer prior to the opening of the Festival and agree that I will be up to code. I agree that I will use compostable food service wares as per City of Edmonds ordinance.

I agree that I will pay a commission of 20% of my gross sales, minus the $150 deposit, to the Edmonds Arts Festival at the end of the event.
