Food Vendor Application

The Edmonds Art Festival is June 13th, 14th and 15th, 2025. You MUST be able to stay at the Festival the entire weekend. You also MUST be able to set up on Thursday, June 12th.

Please submit this application and mail your $150 deposit to: Edmonds Arts Festival, P.O. Box 212, Edmonds, WA 98020. If your booth is not chosen for the 2025 Festival, your check will be returned.

Applications submitted without a deposit will not be considered.

Deposit is non-refundable if you are accepted and cannot make it or if you are a no-show.

You will be required to pay the Festival 20% of your gross sales (minus the $150.00 deposit) at the end of the Festival at checkout Sunday evening, June 15, 2025.

To assist the juried selection process, you must include a current photo of your booth, truck or trailer and a description of menu items you intend to sell.

Application and Deposit Submission Deadline: April 1, 2025. Notification of Acceptance is by April 15, 2025.
